AL-NOOR EXPORTS has been exporting quality frozen meat from its two modern processing units in Meerut and Navi Mumbai from 1979. These plants are approved by APEDA ( Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi.
The firm has now established a state of the art modern integrated meat-processing complex at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The meat complex comprises of a hygienically maintained slaughter house ( imported from Banss, Germany) deboning & freezing plant (imported from Italy, France & U.A.E) along with a rendering plant (imported from U.S.A.) and a U.A.S.B based effluent treatment plant.
Livestock for the plant is sourced from disease free zones as certified by the State Veterinary Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Since the meat complex is situated in the heart of milk producing belt animal health is well taken off by well-trained State Government Veterinarians. The animals are fed on natural feeds which results in quality lean meat high in nutritional value.
AL-NOOR Exports provides expert veterinary services to nearby villages from where animals are procured for slaughter. The company veterinarians along with State Veterinary Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh perform intensive ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of all animals arriving at the meat-processing complex.
Thus deboned and deglanded frozen meat with the "AL-NOOR" brand quality assurance is processed in a hygienic and ultra modern air conditioned plant managed by well trained and qualified professionals. The quality is guaranteed with a well established & certified ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP system in place along with a in house fully equipped microbiological laboratory.
All carcasses are monitored and checked for fat, color, Ph value and marbling in accordance with international specifications.
Fully equipped microbiological laboratory accredited by A.P.E.D.A. continually monitors products at all stages of production. Quality control staff operates a food safety program at each of the plants to test work surfaces, equipment and water supply, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
As a bovine processor the company continues to provide meat of best quality, with a safety record for clean natural products that remains the envy of entire meat industry. Our processing plant operates under strict meat safety quality assurance guidelines as per Codex Alimentarius. In addition all stages of production are conducted under the guidelines of hazard analysis critical control programs (HACCP).
